Miratech retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals, and our annual growth rate exceeds 25%.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Release Train Engineer to manage Omni Channel telephony projects and ensure successful project delivery across systems, applications, and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and process improvement capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality standards.ResponsibilitiesManage Omni Channel and telephony projects from planning through successful deliveryCoordinate projects involving systems integration and data architectureManage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are metCollaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth project executionOrganize and lead recurring status meetings, track action items, and provide regular project updatesIdentify project risks proactively and drive mitigation plans to avoid delivery issuesMaintain and update project documentation, business flows, retrospectives, and status reportsCommunicate project progress, risks, and technical details effectively to both business and technical stakeholdersDrive process improvements and ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practicesQualifications5+ years of experience in Project Management, Release Management, or Release Train EngineeringExperience managing Omni Channel and telephony-related projectsStrong understanding of systems integration and data architecture conceptsProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in cross-functional environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with both business and technical teamsExperience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methodologiesStrong risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling experienceHands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExcellent organizational, documentation, and process improvement skillsWe offer:Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
