Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Present and demonstrate Volkswagen vehicles and their features to potential buyers
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product recommendations
• Assist customers in the sales process, including test drives and financing options
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and dealership policies
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to support dealership growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
