The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant is a licensed practitioner responsible for managing health problems and coordinating patient care in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Duties include assessment, diagnosis, development and implementation of a treatment plan, and evaluation of patient progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, perform examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe treatments, and maintain accurate EMR documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
