Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Battle Creek that are seeking skilled Production Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production line employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet established standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to optimize production flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team to meet targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Proficient in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
