Associate - Litigation (Class Action)

About the Role Duties include conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation, drafting well-reasoned legal documents, managing complex cases from inception to resolution, building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative case strategies, participating in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations, engaging in professional development opportunities, and contributing to firm programs and pro bono work. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and motions. Manage complex cases from inception to resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative case strategies. Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations. Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. Engage in professional development opportunities. Contribute to firm programs and pro bono work. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm. Experience with class action defense, including securities, data privacy, or consumer litigation. Previous federal clerkship is preferred. Strong persuasive legal writing skills. Experience with large-scale discovery. Required Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
