Automotive Billing Clerk – Accounting Department Pugmire Ford of Cartersville Pugmire Ford of Cartersville is seeking an energetic, organized, and dependable Automotive Billing Clerk to join our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift Pay: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities

• Examine contracts to ensure all requirements are met
• Review deal jackets and verify that all paperwork complies with Pugmire guidelines
• Confirm that all required documents are signed and completed accurately
• Process paperwork accurately and within established deadlines
• Reconcile accounting schedules
• Post new and used vehicle deals to the accounting books
• Prepare lien-payoff checks and submit payments to financial institutions
• Communicate with the Office Manager to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Post necessary corrections daily
• Maintain a sense of urgency when handling time-sensitive responsibilities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager

• At least two years of experience in a busy office environment
• Automotive accounting or Dealertrack experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, open-office environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment screening requirements, including a background check and drug test
