They will assist and advise staff Certified Respiratory Practitioners.Duties will include but are not limited to the following: aerosol therapy, oxygen therapy, CPT, incentive spirometry, mechanical ventilation, arterial blood gases, pulmonary function testing, pulse oximetry, assist with fiberoptic bronchoscopy and perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Perform other duties as assigned.Team Member CompetenciesEstablishing RelationshipsBuilds effective networks, working relationships, and alliances in order to collaborate effectively within department and organization. The team member will need to frequently assist lifting patients and heavy equipment. Must be able to work in a stressful environment, work independently, making sound decisions, detail oriented, alert, and self-motivated.
