Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Set the restaurant’s goals in collaboration with a leader and create a plan to achieve those goals. Lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities, helping them set their own goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a future-ready team. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. 18 years or older. Benefits 15-18 days paid vacation.
