Regional Dialysis Operations Manager - Southern Illinois
Concerto Renal Services
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple dialysis subacute locations, lead the care team, and ensure service excellence.
You will supervise Charge Nurses, Dialysis Technicians, and Assistants, manage staffing within budget, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive CRS policies. This role reports to the Regional Vice President and collaborates with the COO and department heads to sustain growth.
