Join a technology organization supporting enterprise banking platforms and large-scale data modernization initiatives. This team develops and maintains cloud-based data solutions used across critical corporate systems and is currently supporting the next phase of an Oracle Cloud-related program involving multiple business entities. The environment combines Azure data services with enterprise database technologies and requires strong attention to data reliability, security, and compliance.

- Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
- Hybrid opportunity based in Jersey City, New Jersey.
- Six-month contract assignment.
- Opportunity to contribute to an enterprise cloud and data modernization initiative.
- Work directly with Azure-based data engineering technologies in a large financial-services environment.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Build and support data pipelines using Azure Data Factory .
- Develop and maintain data solutions involving Azure SQL .
- Support data lake and enterprise data integration capabilities.
- Contribute to Oracle Cloud Phase 3 data initiatives involving multiple business entities.
- Ensure data solutions meet appropriate security, governance, reliability, and compliance expectations.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to support data movement and integration requirements.
Are you an experienced Azure Data Engineer ready to make an impact?
- Bring approximately 5–7 years of relevant data engineering experience .
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory .
- Possess strong experience working with Azure SQL .
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics is valuable.
- Experience with Azure Databricks is valuable.
- Understand modern data pipelines, data lakes, and cloud-based data architectures.
- Demonstrate awareness of data security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Azure certifications are preferred where applicable.
- Bring strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.
