Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Telemetry to provide direct patient care and monitor cardiac and medical conditions. This role requires attention to detail and strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and interpret telemetry data for accurate clinical decision-making.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience working in a telemetry or cardiac unit.
• Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting telemetry readings and ECGs.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak times.
