About the Job:
Loveland Surgery Center is seeking a skilled and dependable Surgical Technologist to support surgical procedures in a high-performing outpatient surgery center. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a sterile environment, preparing surgical instruments, and assisting surgeons during procedures. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced surgical settings and are committed to patient safety and excellence in perioperative care.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is sterile and ready
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
• Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical cases
• Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts per protocol
• Prepare and handle surgical specimens appropriately
• Monitor supplies and maintain OR organization
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to ensure patient safety

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $41/hr
Shift Duration: Approximately 10 hours
Estimated Pay: $411 per shift


Experience Needed: PRN (As-needed basis, flexible shifts)

• Active Surgical Technologist Certification
• Updated Resume
• Professional References (at least two)
• COVID Vaccination Card
