Project Management Analyst

Supporting the Project Management Office in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Project Management Analyst will ensure project data integrity, governance, and operational reporting while collaborating with leadership to enhance efficiency and compliance across the organization. Key responsibilities Ensure adherence to project management standards through governance audits and documentation maintenance Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports, analyzing project trends and risks for strategic decision-making Administer Wrike for project management processes, including templates, workflows, and user support Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field Bachelor's degree preferred; internship or entry-level project management experience considered Familiarity with work management software such as Wrike, Smartsheet, or Jira Experience in building reports or dashboards Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with large data sets
