Manage ICU admissions and conduct comprehensive patient assessments in a fast-paced critical care environment Diagnose and treat critically ill patients as a first-line provider alongside intensivist physicians Perform critical care documentation and maintain accurate, timely clinical records Execute bedside procedures within your scope of practice and credentials, including central line placements and other critical care interventions Collaborate with physicians, consultants, nurses, and the multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes Provide patient and family education and care coordination Ensure safe, efficient delivery of ICU-level inpatient care Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Michigan (or proof of application) National certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (may be obtained after hire) DEA registration and Michigan Controlled Substance License (PA) or DEA registration (NP) through credentialing 3+ years of ICU experience as an Advanced Practice Provider **Education:** Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (CCNE or NLNAC) or Physician Assistant program (ARC-PA) By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy apply #J-18808-Ljbffr Henry-Ford-Health-2
