Live Nation Entertainment - - Responsibilities: Greet guests as they enter and leave the venue and provide assistance to help ensure a positive experience; Communicate venue policies and procedures to guests and answer questions about programs and upgrades; Assist guests with finding seats, relocating seats, and escorting to artist meet & greets; Direct restroom and concession lines to minimize wait times and report maintenance needs; Help resolve guest complaints and contribute to a safe, clean venue environment
