Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including evaluation and development of functional treatment plans. Experience with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines preferred. Ability to supervise or delegate discipline-specific therapy services and participate in student training preferred. Must not be a new graduate; prior clinical experience required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours per week: 40 hours per week. Start: ASAP. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
