Senior Teamcenter Project ManagerSaratech is seeking a Senior Teamcenter Project Manager. This is a full-time position located in southern California. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications, experience, and abilities:Salary Range: $ 90,000 - $135,000Qualifications and Experience:Active P.M.P. CertificationExperience managing large-scale Teamcenter initiatives required.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for assisting the sales team in generating proposals for service workManages project schedule, cost, and risk (Earned Value Management)Conducts regular meetings with stakeholdersLeads status meetings with customersReports monthly on internal project reviewsMaintains project data on internal systemsGenerates and manages project charge numbersResponsible for timely invoicing of customersWorks with Technical Managers to ensure adherence to requirementsResponsible for contributing to growth within existing customer accountsExemplifies usage of and contributes to Departmental best practices for managing projectsResponsible for mentoring project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Asst Project ManagersAssists the Director of the PMO with updating and maintaining departmental procedures and standardsAssists Director of PMO with project assessments beyond those he/she is directly involved inDevelops tools, checklists, and guides based on departmental procedures and standardsTrains Sales and other departments in relevant PMO practices and toolsContributes to special projects as delegated by the Director of the PMOEstablish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.Other Requirements:Complies with all organizational policies and proceduresMaintains strict confidentiality of all customer and/or employee information to assure customer and/or employee rights are protectedAdheres to policies regarding notification of absence and PTO requestsAttends all mandatory management and staff meetingsRepresents the organization in a respectful and professional mannerAttend and comply with annual health, safety, training and education requirementsAdheres to dress code, appearance is neat and cleanSubject to background checkAdditional Information:Physical demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
