Work Environment\nThis position is offered in a remote setting, allowing for the flexibility of working from home while still being an integral part of our outpatient service team. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a balanced professional and personal life. Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration.

Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs, goals, and preferences, creating a personalized roadmap for their recovery journey.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders effectively.

Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their healing process.

Monitor client progress consistently and adjust treatment plans accordingly to maximize effectiveness and address any emerging needs.
