Sales & Project Coordinator (Entry-Level) (Jersey City)

Job Summary

LIBO is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Associate to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. This role will work closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to support daily sales activities, customer communication, project coordination, and administrative tasks.

The Sales Associate will help ensure smooth project execution by coordinating with customers, internal teams, and our manufacturing partners in Asia. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to develop a career in international sales and project management within the beauty packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to co-manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing B2B beauty and personal care clients.
2. Meeting Synthesis: Attend client meetings, draft comprehensive meeting summaries, and align action items regarding client needs and ongoing packaging projects.
3. Business Development & Presentation

• Targeted Prospecting: Conduct outbound lead generation and proactive cold calling to identify and engage potential beauty brands within the cosmetics industry.
• Capabilities Presentation: Confidently present company capabilities, introduce sustainable packaging product lines, and deliver tailored sales presentations to prospective clients.

4 .On-Site Client Engagement & Sample Tracking

• On-site Visits & Submission: Conduct regular client visits and face-to-face meetings to present product submissions, evaluate packaging specs, and build long-term trust.
• Milestone Tracking: Monitor and communicate sample development progress, tracking feedback from creation to technical approval to ensure ultimate client satisfaction.

5. Office Administration & Parcels Logistics

• Office Organization & Administrative Support: Maintain a highly organized office environment in Jersey City; manage daily administrative operations, file essential sales documents, office expense, mails and maintain accurate technical records.
• Package Logistics & Shipment Tracking: Coordinate incoming and outgoing package shipments, including cosmetic samples and marketing materials; proactively track deliveries and update sales teams to ensure time-sensitive items arrive seamlessly.

Qualifications & Requirements

1.Experience: 0 - 1 year of sales, customer service, or professional office experience. We welcome highly motivated recent graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in the beauty industry!

Mobility & Travel: travel required for client visits and trade shows. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
