LHH is partnering with a growing organization in the Austin area seeking a detail-oriented Contracts & Compliance Coordinator to support contract administration, compliance initiatives, and customer agreement management. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in contracts, procurement, legal operations, compliance, or government contracting.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage contract renewals, amendments, and compliance documentation
✅ Track customer agreements and ensure timely renewals
✅ Support contract prequalification and submission activities
✅ Maintain accurate contract records and master data across systems
✅ Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Proposal teams
✅ Monitor compliance with government procurement and purchasing requirements
✅ Assist with contract review processes and vendor compliance activities

What You'll Bring

✔ 3+ years of contract administration, compliance, procurement, legal operations, or related experience
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
✔ Experience with contract management systems (preferred)
✔ Knowledge of government contracting, procurement, or compliance processes is a plus
