Position Behavioral Health Therapist - Licensed Clinical Social Worker Job Status Full Time; Monday - Friday Salary Salary Dependent on Experience Benefits Medical Insurance (multiple plans available) Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Retirement Life Insurance Short Term Disability Long Term Disability Generous Paid Time Off Essential Functions Promote and actively engage in behavioral health integration within primary care Conducts therapy sessions with individuals or groups Formulate, develop, and implement a comprehensive psychosocial treatment plan utilizing appropriate clinical treatments and interventions Provide quality psychosocial assessments of patients/clients and families to identify emotional, social, and environmental strengths and problems related to their diagnosis, illness, treatment and/or life situation Ensure adequate programmatic data is collected, analyzed, and presented as necessary. Assist in the development and distribution of Behavioral Health Program and Substance Abuse Program procedures/policies Consultation with PCP's to enhance understanding of the patients/clients, provide decision support for treatment planning and assist in the implementation and monitoring of biopsychosocial treatment plan Documents all patient/client related interactions and completes progress notes and discharge plans in a timely manner Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA and RHC regulations Participates in Collaborative Care Program Requirements Master's Degree in Social Work with a minimum of two years' experience as a therapist and a current license to practice in Michigan as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker State of Michigan Clinical Social Worker License BLS required within 6 months of hire Helen Newberry Joy Hospital does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability or any other classification in accordance with federal, state and local statutes, regulations and ordinances. #J-18808-Ljbffr
