Lead & Learn: Assistant Manager in Training
Buckle LLC
Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive sales, merchandising and store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, train staff, and lead the store in the Manager's absence.
You will focus on delivering legendary guest service, staff development, and achieving sales goals, while upholding Buckle's standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
