Dynamic Real Estate Transactions Associate

What we're looking for? We are seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions at a top law firm. You should be comfortable managing complex deal streams, including acquisitions/dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and leasing, with a track record of strong drafting and transaction management. Bonus points if you have exposure to cross-border investments, REITs, or real estate workouts. What you'll do: Draft and negotiate primary deal documents for acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures. Take ownership of the due diligence process, including title, survey, zoning, and environmental reviews. Work closely with clients, counterparties, lenders, and internal specialist teams (tax, environmental, etc.) to drive transactions to a successful close. Manage transaction logistics, including checklists, diligence, and closing mechanics. Lead key workstreams on high-stakes commercial real estate matters across a variety of asset classes.
