You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines, helping to create a culture of accountability and transparency. Strong understanding of Scrum methodology Experience working with cross‑functional teams Proven ability to remove impediments and blockers Ability to manage and facilitate Scrum ceremonies Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Commitment to continuous improvement and learning

REQUIRED SKILLS

Expertise in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) Ability to coach and mentor team members Proficiency in facilitating sprint planning and reviews Strong organizational and time management skills Understanding of backlog management and prioritization Experience in risk management and mitigation

DESIRED SKILLS
