Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Technician II for a contract opportunity with a respected healthcare organization in Palo Alto, CA.

This role is ideal for Pharmacy Technicians with inpatient hospital experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to expand their clinical pharmacy experience.
Schedule
  • Full-Time (40 hours/week)
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Rotating schedule with greater need on evenings and nights
  • Tuesday-Saturday schedule preferred
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and compound sterile and non-sterile medications
  • Support medication distribution and inventory management
  • Restock automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs)
  • Process medication orders and returns
  • Assist with pharmaceutical supply management and quality assurance activities
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare team members to support patient care
Qualifications
  • Active California Pharmacy Technician License required
  • Minimum 6 months of inpatient hospital pharmacy or sterile compounding experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
