The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, store maintenance, managing payroll budgets, ensuring store standards, and leading safety meetings.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1-2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, proficiency in English, and skills in management, communication, and physical requirements.
