This is a day-shift position that works Monday - Friday, no weekends, no holidays and follows the school schedule with summers off. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes Manage food inventory when necessary Maintain a safe work environment Encourage good customer relations through product promotion Requirements Culinary experience or education preferred Strong work ethic Excellent communication and food presentations skills Customer service focused nature A family culture and atmosphere Competitive compensation Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members 401(k) with generous company match Paid vacations and holidays Immense training and growth opportunities We conduct pre-employment drug testing.
