REQUIREMENTS:
LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN FULL/PART TIME POSITIONS
MUST HAVE:
* Minimum Master's Degree in Psychology or related field
*Must have current/active Florida License (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
*Must have and maintain Professional Liability Insurance
WILL NEED:
*Must have an CAQH account
*Must have an NPI number
