Are you an A or B-Level Certified Technician looking for a shop where your skills are respected, your time is valued, and the work never slows down? We are paying up to $10,000 throughout your first year as a sign on bonus to any A level Tech and up to $6,000 for any B level Tech for joining our team!

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns.
• Perform repairs according to Genesis and manufacturer specifications.
• Complete inspections and identify maintenance or repair recommendations.
• Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Produce accurate repair documentation and technician videos.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations.
• Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional quality.
• Mentor and assist apprentice and entry-level technicians when appropriate.
• Keep current on Genesis technology and complete required manufacturer training.

Qualifications

We're looking for professionals who take pride in their craft.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE Certifications preferred, but not required.
• Mazda or relevant dealership experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
