Real Estate Closing Coordinator
Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a Real Estate Closing Coordinator for our client in the Mt. Pleasant, SC area. This full-time position is responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents necessary to conduct real estate closings under the supervision of the managing attorney. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare final closing statements for real estate transactions.
- Review and verify legal documents related to real estate closings.
- Prepare documents necessary to complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Notarize documents and ensure all forms meet legal requirements.
- Calculate adjustments and communicate information to all parties involved in the sale.
- Maintain organized and accurate transaction files.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Assist with additional administrative and legal duties as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of real estate closing experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with excellent active listening skills.
- SoftPro experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
The estimated salary range for this position is $46,000-$66,000k, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. Thank you for your interest in our position! Qualified candidates, please apply.
