Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements - Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program - Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, or current licensure meeting state requirements - Active Ohio State license or eligibility to obtain Ohio licensure prior to start - BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required - Experience or willingness to work in a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) setting, including SNF, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living outpatient services - Comfortable using Net Health and PCC electronic medical record systems, or willingness to train - Open to new graduates and clinicians new to the CCRC setting - Willingness to consider relocation candidates; relocation bonus may be offered depending on candidate Benefits - Full medical, dental, and vision benefits - Disability insurance - Life insurance - 401(k) with company match - PTO (16 or 18 days) - Free CEUs - Referral bonus program Location Highlights Springfield, Ohio offers accessible outdoor recreation, regional cultural venues, and community events.
