ERP Implementation Lead EPICOR

Do you have hands-on knowledge and experience of EPICOR ERP Systems and have a passion for process improvement? Do you enjoy training end users? Have you previously been chosen as a lead or go to person during a configuration or implementation of EPICOR no matter what role you have held? If so, we want to hear from you. We are seeking an EPICOR super user for a manufacturing company in New Braunfels, Texas to ensure a successful implementation of EPICOR and training for end users.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining product Epicor ERP system data.
• Stays current with upgrades and research improvement of ERP systems based on best practices and business needs to train end users.
• Develop training programs and workshops for current and new users.
• Conducts regular ERP audits to identify training and re-training needs for end users.
• Propose, develop, and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reports for the organization in conjunction with department heads. Provide ERP direction to team members.
• Standardizes best practices across areas of support and continuous improvements.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of a succession plan and cross-training to ensure business continuity.
• Acts in alignment with user and system functionality to contribute to organizational objectives.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution/college/university in Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or Systems Management and 5 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.
• Experience in a comparable position, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent hands-on knowledge and experience of EPICOR Classic or Kinetic ERP system.
• Implementation of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment and understanding of product life cycle is required.
• Ability to train department staff in the utilization of ERP systems and transmit ideas in a comprehensible way to employees with different educational backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of creating, Dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Production, Shipping, Quality and Warehouse, Finance, Costing, Pricing, MRP, Sales, Inventory, etc.
• Experience writing programs with C-sharp or other programming languages preferred but not required (to create and modify product configurators)
• Skilled in effectively listening and communicating tactfully verbally and in writing.
• Displays good judgment in selecting appropriate methods/procedures to follow when using the ERP system, and when proposing improvement opportunities and initiatives.
• Travel to Austin when needed.
