Retail Sales Associate
Full-Time | In-Person Position
We're looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and thrives in a performance-driven environment. This role focuses on customer engagement, technology, and mobility product education, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs to upgrade their lifestyle.
If you’re someone who is competitive, eager to learn, and ready to develop professional sales skills, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in person and provide exceptional customer service
- Learn and maintain knowledge of technology and mobility products and services
- Recommend solutions based on customer lifestyle needs
- Support new customer acquisitions and account activations
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
- Reliable and coachable mindset
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
