Assistant Manager, Nursing (ANM)The Assistant Manager, Nursing (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager in the supervision and coordination of nursing services within a designated patient care area. This role involves planning, providing, supervising, and documenting professional nursing care using the nursing process for patients in accordance with provider orders and established policies and procedures. The ANM plays a key role in promoting quality outcomes, staff development, operational efficiency, and a culture of excellence in patient and family-centered care.Minimum RequirementsCurrent North Carolina unrestricted RN license is required.Certifications required: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALSAssociate's Degree of Nursing (ADN) is requiredBachelor's Degree of Nursing is preferredTwo to three years of clinical nursing experience. Specialty experience (OR) is required for this position.Previous leadership or charge nurse experience is preferred.Pay RangeAssistant Nurse Manager hourly range > $43.40 - $59.68Final compensation is determined at the offer stage.Location/Department: ECU Health Duplin (Kenansville, NC) - Operating Room (OR)This position is full-time (36hrs/week) with 9-hour shifts (4 days per week - rotating M - F) and occasional call.About ECU Health Duplin HospitalECU Health Duplin Hospital is an 81-bed facility located in Kenansville, North Carolina.
