6 suite OR at 150 bed community hospital located in southern ID, about 30 miles west of Boise. Typical procedures here are Ortho, Spine, Neuro, Urology, GYN, Bariatrics, ENT, and General.Caldwell, located on the beautiful Boise River, is the western entrance to the magnificent and picturesque Treasure Valley. The Canyon County Fair, the Caldwell Night Rodeo (a national top 5 ranked event) and the Buckaroo Breakfast are just a few of the places and events celebrated by the City of Caldwell. Required Qualifications

Surgical Technologist, OR Experience: 2 years Certifications: CERT-NBSTSA- CST(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year Proficient with ortho, spine, urology, general, GYN
