Graphic Design Executive (FMCG)

Key Accountabilities

• Execute key visual (KV) concepts based on campaign direction provided. Adapt KV into various formats for multi-channel usage (POSM, digital banners, social, in-app...). Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm concept directions aligned with campaign objectives;
• Design infographics and visual assets to support PR narratives and data-driven storytelling. Simplify complex data into easy-to-understand visual storytelling. Work closely with content writers to align messaging and visual tone;
• Create high-quality, visually engaging slides for internal and external presentations. Ensure alignment with brand identity while maintaining readability and structure. Prepare template libraries for frequently used presentation formats;
• Design static or motion graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social channels. Maintain consistency in visual tone, layout, and messaging across posts;
• Design branded merchandise such as tote bags, T-shirts, and other physical collateral. Ensure print-ready file accuracy (size, resolution, color format) and liaise with printing vendors when needed;
• Produce digital posters and visual assets upon request from sales or partners. Turn around visual requests from regional teams or partners within agreed timelines. Maintain asset repository for frequently used formats/templates;
• Design all communications material for trade marketing, including email campaigns and promotional content. Ensure materials are easy to localize and adaptable across multiple regions;
• Design branded merchandise such as tote bags, T-shirts, and other physical collateral. Ensure print-ready file accuracy (size, resolution, color format) and liaise with printing vendors when needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of related experience;
• Functional mastery / Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro;
• Flexible and adaptable to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment;
• Basic English reading and writing is a plus.
