This remote position allows you to provide vital psychiatric services through telehealth platforms, focusing on therapy for children, adolescents, and families. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Facilitate engaging psychotherapy groups focused on children, families, and multi-family dynamics through methods such as psychoeducation and structured discussions.

  • Administer comprehensive individual therapy sessions, including assessment, evaluation, diagnosis of mental health disorders, and development of customized treatment plans.
  • \n
  • Coordinate and provide or arrange effective case management services to bolster a multi-systemic support network for clients and their families.
  • \n
  • Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with the client's family, educators, and other support networks to ensure a united approach to treatment.
  • \n
  • Incorporate principles of Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) into all therapeutic practices.
  • \n
  • Engage in continuing education and training opportunities to uphold licensure and enhance knowledge of best practices for diverse client needs.
  • \n
  • Partake in clinical supervision sessions monthly, assisting in quality assurance reviews of documentation and tracking personal professional goals.
  • \n
  • Contribute specialized knowledge to the treatment team, enhancing overall service delivery and therapeutic effectiveness.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions and therapeutic processes, utilizing electronic medical records as needed.
  • \n
  • Provide screen evaluations and ongoing mental health assessments aligned with contemporary industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include a broad spectrum of individuals ranging from children to seniors, facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and substance misuse. By addressing the unique needs of each client, your work is critical in facilitating their journey towards healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.

  • An active and independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
  • \n
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload, collaborating effectively with large providers and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience working within telehealth environments and a solid proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually. You will also receive comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with life and disability insurance.
