What You'll Do

• Work independently alongside cardiologists to manage inpatient care
• Conduct rounds, follow-up visits, and discharge planning for cardiology patients
• Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with healthcare team for care coordination
• Manage new patient admissions and follow-ups within hospital inpatient settings
• Provide excellent patient care to adult and geriatric populations

What You Need

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient cardiology experience or similar
• Ability to work independently with a collaborative team
• Strong documentation and communication skills
