About the Role

PSI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Boiler Technician to join our growing team. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and hydronic heating systems.
• Troubleshoot complex heating and cooling issues and provide effective solutions.
• Perform thorough system evaluations and educate homeowners on recommended repairs and improvements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional service.
• Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate service findings clearly.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Required experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining boiler and hydronic systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, controls, and heating systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA certification required.
• NATE certification is a plus.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and seasonal conditions.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds.
• Work may include indoor and outdoor environments throughout the year.

The pay for this position is $26/hour or more ($100k-$175k earning potential) depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
