Apartment Assistant Community Manager

Job Responsibilities of the Assistant Community Manager: • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Give tours to prospects of model apartments and amenities of property • Process and review new applications, complete lease documents and related paperwork • Comply with company policies and protocols • Assist with coordinating resident special events and activities Job Requirements of the Assistant Community Manager: Minimum 6 months of LIHTC experience for affordable apartment communities required. Yardi or CRM experience is a plus Pass a background check HUD knowledge and Rural Development highly desired.
