PRN Surgical Technologist

Position Summary Capital Orthopaedic Surgery Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Surgical Technologist to join our fast‑paced orthopedic surgery center team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative surgical environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and instrumentation Assist surgeons during orthopedic procedures by anticipating surgical needs Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and organization of surgical instruments and supplies Perform efficient preoperative and postoperative room setup and turnover Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and accreditation standards Maintain a clean and organized operating room before, during, and after procedures.
