A well‑established fuel and lubricant operation in the Oxford, MS area is seeking a hands‑on Plant & Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure safe, efficient product handling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work, team leadership, customer interaction, sales, and administrative responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesManage daily plant and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing bulk fuel and lubricantsOversee inventory accuracy, product rotation, and documentationLead and supervise employees, including scheduling, training, and performance supportMaintain a safe, clean, and compliant facilityAssist customers with orders, product questions, and service needsSupport sales efforts by identifying customer opportunities and recommending productsUse computer systems for order entry, inventory updates, and reportingPerform physical tasks as needed, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and climbing laddersQualificationsExperience in warehouse, industrial, or fuel/lubricant operations preferredProven leadership or management experienceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely perform physical tasksAbility to climb ladders and work at various heightsStrong customer service and sales aptitudeBasic computer skills (email, order entry, inventory systems)Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus but not requiredWhat We're Looking ForA dependable leader with strong communication skillsSomeone who can balance hands‑on work with management responsibilitiesA safety‑focused, customer‑oriented professionalA problem‑solver who can adapt to changing needs throughout the day This position offers excellent benefits, competitive pay, training, and opportunities for long‑term growth within a stable industry.
