Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN Location: Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. This role provides home‑care nursing services to children with high acuity, including tracheostomy/ventilator care. Schedule Options Schedule 1: Tuesdays–Thursdays 7:00 am–7:00 pm, with mechanical lift support as needed. Schedule 2: Sunday–Wednesday and Saturday night 7:00 pm–7:00 am. Responsibilities As an LPN/LVN you will deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for each patient. You will work collaboratively with the Aveanna team to support patients’ health and wellbeing at home. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (available through Aveanna post‑hire). TB skin test completed within the last 12 months. Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred, but not required. Reliable transportation. Meet all additional state‑specific requirements (insert as needed).
