Customer Service Representative
Our client, a leader in financial services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Retirement Services Operational Support Team supporting client accounts and providing expert guidance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for service, and the ability to navigate complex information, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: 1945 Northwestern Drive, El Paso, TX 79912
Pay Range: $22.07
What's the Job?
- Assist clients with questions and needs regarding their retirement accounts
- Provide expertise on complex product and service questions about retail IRAs and small business retirement plans
- Process transactions such as distributions, Roth conversions, and tax withholding changes
- Build and maintain client loyalty through exceptional service and guidance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate support
What's Needed?
- Strong technical skills, including Windows, internet searching, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in high-volume call centers within the financial industry
- Ability to explain complex IRS rules and regulations clearly to clients
- Flexible work availability to respond to business demands
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic with high integrity
