Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Collaborate with medical teams to deliver urgent healthcare services efficiently and compassionately.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patients based on severity of their conditions.
• Administer emergency interventions and medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing clinical statuses.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
• Demonstrate experience in emergency or critical care nursing.
• Possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in high-stress situations.
