Patient Services Operator

Position Overview

The Patient Services Operator serves as the initial point of contact for all callers to Genesis PrimeCare. This role is primarily responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, providing directory assistance, transferring calls, and ensuring all communication is handled in a professional, courteous manner. In addition, this position supports the clinic with clerical and administrative tasks to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
