Ideal Experience & Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program Active SLP license in California Previous experience working with elementary-aged children, ideally in a school environment Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families Adaptable and organized, able to manage a full caseload Your Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students, both in groups and individually Conduct assessments, document progress, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for effective goal-setting Maintain accurate records and adhere to professional standards and school policies Why youll love this role: This assignment offers the chance to broaden your professional skills while making a difference in the lives of students.
