Idolize Brows & Beauty of NASHUA- Our talented and amazing team is looking for our next Brow Artist/Esthetician! This role would provide expert eyebrow shaping and waxing services to enhance clients' appearance while maintaining high sanitation standards. Working mostly individually within a small team, this role focuses on personalized client consultations, efficient appointment scheduling, and recommending suitable beauty products to support clients' skincare and grooming needs. Reporting to the Salon Manager, the artist also supports retail sales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a professional salon environment without travel obligations.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform eyebrow shaping and waxing services with precision
• Perform tinting/lamination, henna services
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs and preferences
• Maintain strict sanitation compliance and hygiene standards
• Recommend and promote salon products tailored to client skincare
• Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize client flow
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Support retail and product sales initiatives

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Esthetician License
• Experience in eyebrow shaping, waxing, and threading (preferred but willing to train)
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of sanitation practices
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities
