Salary: $18 - $20 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management
• Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication and empathy
• Actively listen to client needs and concerns
• Proactively follow up with clients to address concerns and ensure quality in-home services
• Managing incoming and outbound calls
• Documentation and Process Management
• Accurately complete detailed forms
• Ensure compliance within industry regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all tasks
• Maintain Key Performance Metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related healthcare degree preferred
• Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare customer service, social services, care management/case management, or Veterans services.
• Live in the state of Missouri, within a 50 mile radius of Lake St. Louis.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work in-office a minimum of 40% of each work week (a minimum of 2 days per week)
