Human Resources Manager

Requirements for this opportunity include:

• 5+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or workforce compliance
• Experience processing payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees
• Experience supporting onboarding, I-9s, employee documentation, and compliance initiatives
• Ability to build and improve HR processes within a growing organization
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort operating independently in a standalone HR environment
